Stakar Vaughn was born to the superheroes Quasar and Kismet in an alternate reality in approximately 2002. As such, he was half human and half-artificial being. Just as soon as he was born on the planet Vesper, he was kidnapped and deposited on the planet Arcturus IV. The baby was found by Ogord, a Reaver, and raised as his own.
